Tres huevos
Una taza de harina
Una taza de leche
Manteca (bastante)

Mezclar los huevos, la harina y la leche. Derretir la manteca y colocar en el fondo del recipiente o de los recipientes. Colocar la mezcla encima. Hornear. Servir con carnes.

When your oiled baking tray is really hot and smoking slightly pour in the batter, you will see straight away that the batter seals around the edges. Return to the oven and cook for twenty minutes until risen and golden brown.
